1.Responsible for product management of Workshop Tools and Equipment
2.Responsible for product launch(ed) from cradle to grave
3.Homologate new products with the OEMs
4.Seek feedback from Channel Sales team, OEMs, distributors and end customers on the market requirements (may need changes to current equipment / build new equipment) and have it engineered thru client engineering team / outside suppliers to fit market needs
5.Come up with business case for new product launches after doing market research from various stakeholders (Channel Sales Team / OEM / distributors / end customers)
6.Technical / commercial point of contact for any OEM on their Tools and equipment needs
7.Launch Planning - Follow client process for new product introduction and engage with internal teams (globally) or external suppliers to ensure product released as per launch schedule.
8.Facilitate inventory turnover and product availability by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels and production schedules
9.Responsible for promotion of Tools & equipment in a seminar, OEM Tech Days, Road shows etc
10.Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data, reviewing production and sales cost, anticipating volume, costing special and customized orders.
11.Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
12.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
