A successful track record of defining and launching digital products (for mobile and desktop) that resulted in customer growth and revenue growth.
15+ years web product development and management experience.
10+ years ecommerce product management experience.
Experience leading product managers and product development teams to desired outcomes.
Deep domain knowledge and experience in B2C ecommerce, including mobile commerce.
Ability to successfully work with teams across multiple functions (e.g, Engineering, Business Intelligence, Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, etc).
Deep understanding of the web and usability best practices. Experience with creating intuitive user experiences through close collaboration with UX and web designers.
A strong blend of analytical, decision-making and creative problem solving skills.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills and ability to interact with diverse groups of technical and non-technical stakeholders at the executive level.
Experience with data analysis and measurement tools ( e.g. GA, Adobe Analytics, SiteCatalyst).
