# Driving revenue and profit plans for the product
# Generating business for the organization, identifying business opportunities/ revenue models and generating
business plans to achieve the same and locating potential clients in targeted segments.
# Evaluating and pursuing business opportunities as per targeted plans & achieving market share.
# Ensuring successful accomplishment of set business targets in the face of growing competition. Ability to
bring out USPs of all products and services to achieve higher sales realization value.
# Leading field sales team for ensuring optimum performance for operational & sales related issues; training
the subordinates on products, selling skills, etc. to ensuring achievement of targets and business goals.
# Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & competitor to achieve market share
# Drive Value Added Biz by conducting Proof of Concept to End Customers on behalf of System
# Launch and Monitor Channel Partner Marcom Programs to increase revenue.
Organize New Product Launches; conduct Seminars, Road shows to strengthen Product & Brand
# Prepare Key Performance Metrics and periodic reporting for management review.
# Conducted Trainings & Boot camps for Channel Partners.
