Product / Sales Management for a leading Bank's outward remittance channels

- P&L responsibility for outward remittance products - analyse product performance for short and long term strategies

- Leverage various online sourcing channels and strategic partnerships for new customer acquisition

- Leverage the business intelligence capabilities of the Bank and implement customer life-cycle management for customers - newly acquired as well as existing, for inducing transactions and minimizing attrition

- Exploring, conceptualizing and building new product propositions

- Leverage customer touch points and fulfillment units to build excellence in customer relationship management through standardized process and quality service across all channels of customer interface

- Stakeholder management with regular engagement and influencing
