Experience Minimum 8+ years’ experience within Construction/Procurement Function
Scope of the job role To formulate and strategize the procurement plan for co.
coordinate with vendors, all standard specifications for the execution of all the
procurement activities starting from Purchase and Contract Negotiation.
Proactively support all divisions for development of procuring collaterals for Civil
Engineering Services and Products that we offer.
Key areas ofresponsibility
- To procure Civil Raw Materials & Finalization of Service Contracts (Sub
Contractor Packages of Civil / Finishing / MEP Packages) complying to project
-Quality and Specification requirements respectively.
- To procure materials and subcontractors in timely manner within budgeted cost.
- Identifying the Vendors for Requisite Items, negotiating with vendors ,
sending enquiries, settlement of rates , release purchase orders / service
orders, follow up of materials (Expediting) and ensuring the materials are
delivered on time / work executed in timeline w.r.t baseline schedule of the
project, value engineering to optimize the project cost.
Change Specifications that add inputs must be Clearly Understood.
All procurement processes should comply to management approved
procedures and policies with respect to time, cost, and quality.
? Liasoning, Contract Negotiation and Vendor Management efficiently.
? Preparing documentation for internal process as per Defined Standards.
? Develops and maintains good relationship with suppliers and subcontractors.
? Raw Materials Procurement – (RMC, Structural Steel , Piping System, )
? Contractual – (Civil / MEP Packages of Industrial Buildings and associated
Infrastructure along with other miscellaneous items)
