Managing overall Procurement Function
Develop, establish and implement supplier and service guidelines, SLA's and obligations.
Develop and implement procurement policies
Analyze trends and market conditions for future pricing
Vendor agreements- negotiating on clauses, co coordinating and closing signature from client.
Establish and provide regular reports to higher management
Monitor vendor performance to ensure service delivery per contract People Management
Manage, motivate and develop reporting staff, Succession Planning, Monitor employee recognition program.
Must have -
PG / MBA qualification
Experience - 12 years minimum
Team handling experience
Flexible Travelling PAN India
Candidates from Co-working / IPC only.
