Job Description

The Incumbant will be responsible for leading the overall quality assurance deployment for the organization.

Specific Job Responsibilities are :

Quality Scores for each of the processes
Process level analysis, dashboards for management reviews, external meetings
Quality dashboard for each of the divisions: Bi-weekly to senior management Dashboard to onshore stakeholders

Effectiveness of QA deployment

Sampling strategy for each process - % Sampling, % Sampling allocation (IQP/IQR)
Risk profiling by process - Assessment of Quality basis process risk profile IQR factors

Process improvement on Quality -

Tracking Quality trends monthly and flagging where trending needs improvement RCA & CAPA for external and internal errors for each process
Error trend analysis: Quarterly Master trend Analysis (QMA), proactively improve process controls to reduce errors
Best practices deployment across divisions
o Process audits end to end audit of transactions

Relationship management with Operations

CQA performance reviews with Process heads, Managers: monthly BQC.
Working with Operations PMs to understand focus areas for each of the processes
Operations new-hires quality certifications before deployment on live production
Change agent for new concept introductions across all divisions

People Management

Manage a team of 5 QA TL /STL and an overall span of 40-50 QA associates
Performance management:
Mentoring of QA TL/STL
Team development Training road-map .

Desired Candidate Profile

The candidate Should have the following requisites :

Strong People Management skills for team of 40-50 including 5 TL/STL
Ability to develop a domain & Process level understanding
Understanding the functions of QA deployment
Analytical thinking and ability to slice/dice data and provide concrete inferences
Strong change management and negotiation skills
Communication and interpersonal skills
Good at prioritization and goal oriented.

Good-to-have Skills & Trainings

Past experience in leading QA function
Knowledge of industry Quality trends, standards and practices
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Practitioner.
