QUALIFICATION: UG/ Graduate/PG (fresher/ experienced)
EXPERIENCE: 0-3 years
1. Receive queries over phone calls which involves working in different time zones
2. Receive queries from Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally via MAILs or phone calls.
