Job Description

What we are looking for Problem & Change Management Specialist Job Requirement: Problem & Change Management Specialist IT Service Management (ITSM) Roles & Responsibilities Change Management Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities Support change management at the organizational level Support communication efforts Assess the change impact Support training efforts Consult and coach project teams Create change management strategy Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress Support and engage senior leaders Manage stakeholders Complete change management assessments Coordinate efforts with other specialists Identify, analyze and prepare mitigation tactics for risk Identify and manage anticipated resistance Integrate change management activities into project plan Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities Evaluate and ensure user readiness Manage the portfolio and change load Track and report issues Coach managers and supervisors Support all Internal & external change management process audits Roles & Responsibilities Problem Management Responsible for Ownership and Coordination of actions of those problems / RCAs To analyze root cause, identify Known Error and coordinating actions to fix the error. To review the Problem Trends and Planning and Driving Improvement Plan To be proactive in identifying problems, analyze and recommend Service Improvement plans with the possible solutions obtained from technical teams for department or business unit Identifies trends and potential Problem sources (by reviewing Incident and Problem analysis) Prevents the replication of Problems across multiple systems Reviews the efficiency and effectiveness of the Problem control process Monitors the effectiveness of error control and makes recommendations for improvements Maintains inventory of problems under analysis and their current progress and status Follows up issues and progress with problem owners where necessary Updating KEDB (Known error database) Produces Problem Management reports and management information Coordinates meetings to resolve problems Prevents recurrence of issues by identifying root cause and implementing fix work with all internal technical teams, Service Management and external stakeholders like customer and 3rd party Drive all problems towards root cause identification and permanent fix Need to have innovative approach as problems are unique and need to use different RCA techniques Desired Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good Interpersonal skills and organizational skills required Strong networking background (preferably a diploma/degree in Networking) Should be willing to work in shifts. Overall should be a good team player with willingness to learn and drive to achieve. Good Excel skills and reporting knowledge. ITIL certification is must Knowledge of Remedy Qualification: Graduate with Diploma/Certificate in Information Technology Regular degree/diploma in Information Technology, B.E, B. Tech, BCA / MCA, BSCIT (would be given preference) Certifications & Specializations ITIL V3 / ITIL Advanced (Must) Certifications in network i.e., CCNA - Cisco Certified Network Associate, CCNP - Cisco Certified Network Professional, CCIE - Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (would be given preference) Experience: 4-7 years in the industry 3 years working experience in Problem and Change Management Level & Compensation: Notice Period: Immediate
