1 . Enquiry management:
Follow up with customers who have enquired about product at one of our showrooms (walkins) or events (car mela/loan mela) or through tele enquiries or web enquiries and update feedback in the CRM accordingly. Track the feedback, follow up regularly and close the sale.
2. Discuss with the customer on the preferred model/variant/colour/budget.
3. Coordinate with field sales executive to schedule and organize for test drive.
4. Follow up and collect feedback on the vehicle, service or any other.
5. Address any queries and resolve concerns by checking with Manager.
6. Discuss with customer on the tentative date of purchase. Check availability and communicate on waiting period if any.
7. Explain about Finance options and process. (down payments, EMI, documents required, TAT, CIBIL)
8. Provide consultation on suitable accessories.
9. Provide consultation on insurance, loyalty points etc.
10. Discuss on exchange options (if customer have any car that he is looking to exchange before buying a new one). Coordinate with True Value team on the same and update the customer.
11. Organize for documents collection by coordinating with sales executive.
12. Coordinate with finance executive for processing of documents and update on the loan approval.
13. Improve customer purchase experience through excellent consultative approach and service orientation.
14. Responsible for customer satisfaction and build long term relationship.
15. Increase conversion ratio of enquiries to sales.
