Solutions (Architect )Consultant ( 12-14Y Exp ) , you will lead the deal solutioning for large Infrastructure Management services (IMS) deals. Your role is to work with multiple practices to solution the IMS deals, estimate FTE sizing for the deal and complete pricing for the deals. You also have to lead innovative delivery models and pricing models to make IMS pricing market competitive.
Bid Management and solutioning large deals
Collaborate with Delivery leaders and other practice leaders to lead solutioning of complex IMS deals
Work with Pricing team to price the deals.
Lead efforts towards innovative delivery models and pricing models, non linar models , tools and automation frame works .
Lead proposal defense presentations and meetings.
Undertake other strategic initiatives that touch on large deals focus and delivery focus.
12+ years of experience in Pre-Sales and having experience of handling large Application Outsourcing and Infrastructure Outsourcing deals
Thorough understanding of Managed Services and ITIL.
Thorough understanding of work packets such as Service Desk, Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request management, Projects etc. Analyze ticket volumes and estimate FTEs based on ticket volumes.
Expert understanding of global leverage model and roles that can be moved to low cost delivery locations.
Expert knowledge on Pricing and ability to lead discussions with Pricing/Finance teams.
Strong communication skills to authoritatively engage Sales leaders, practice leader.
Post Graduate with Healthcare background is a plus
12+ years of experience in Presales/Bid Management/large deal teams etc.
Experience of having worked on large deals in IMS in India Mkt, in the last 5 years
