Job Description

1. Candidate should have managed 24*7 operations projects.
2. Should possess excellent communication skills and client handling skills (preferably customers from US).
3. Exposure to IBM product lines: IBM Maximo, Tivoli products etc..
4. SLA management, day-to-day operations management, Reporting, Metrics, Service Improvement, Escalation management etc..

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Domain Knowledge in Property, Auto or Commercial insurance Policy Handing, Claims Processing, Quote handling etc.
2. Knowledge of Data warehouse and reporting ( BI & analytics)
3. Strong SQL skills to extract and analyse data.
4. Strong communication skills and ability to gather requirements. Expertise in facing clients, articulation, driving conversations, conducting workshops, documenting etc.
5. Good analytical and problem solving abilities.
6. Ability to prepare and present management reports.
7. Knowledge of Data analysis and Modelling
8. Support implementation project by working with technical leads and system owners
9. Good knowledge in SQL Scripting with Databases like Oracle, SQL Server, Netezza and etc
