We are looking for a Plant head for UAE with professional experience in Bulk drugs/ API/ Formulations in Pharma Industry.
1) Managing overall all the positions at site
2) Plan, Organised, direct, guide day to day operations
3) Responsible of Production output, quality, timeline
4) Interact with management in formulizing strategies
5) Implement Management strategies in production
6) Monitor operations take Corrective measures
7) Develop systems in order to track & optimize productivity
8) Efforts in Increasing production capacity
9) Establish cost effectiveness over all functions
10) Responsible for EHS, plant equipments
11) Working knowledge of excise, exports, pollution control, safety
12) Dealing with Government authorities like FDA, Licensing
13) Manpower management, conflict management
14) Periodic reviews with the management
