Job Description

Business Development Identify and open up new markets, winning business from new customers and increasing market share from existing customers

Key Account Management Manage price, contracts, customer service and delivery. Ensure high levels of customer engagement and issue resolution for some of the country's largest customers in a highly competitive market

Operations Manage logistics and associated challenges of imported product via port to customer warehouses without losses at different stages. Ensure controls, and costs in line to be competitive and bring efficiencies in cycle times.

Origin & Trading Insights Develop real time stakeholder knowledge to help identify growth opportunities. Understand market (S&D) and price dynamics and macroeconomic factors.

Risk Management Build perspective through synthesis of information, analysis and risk assessment. Identify and mitigate counterpart and credit risk.

Position Management Support business head to make trading and position management decisions by providing adequate and timely market information
