Researches and implements new learning technologies and tech based learning tools Researches emerging technologies and applies them to the learning interventions Creates and manages implementation of L and D initiatives thru use of Tech Drives learning by leveraging different mediums such as videos, multi-media, web and mobile apps. Partners with internal IT team/s to deliver new learning technologies to all internal customers Interacts on a regular basis with site L&D teams to understand, develop and then educate on new learning options Builds business cases on cost and benefit of new emerging learning technologies Measures results of new learning delivery models thru use of Tech. Knowledge of gamification in the eLearning industry and learning environments is a must Determine scope, schedule, and technical requirements for development of tech. led solutions Partner with extended L&D teams to determine tech needs emerging from driving need based learning Manage course quality and provides facilitation support and guidance (e-learning) Partner with internal and external IT/ design team to build scaled learning across multiple mediums - live, virtual and online. Knowledge of Office 365, SharePoint is a must Expert understanding and knowledge of relevant tools ( Adobe/Captivate/ Authoring Tools etc) is must Education/Experience: Must have worked / partnered L&D functions in previous stints for a minimum of 3-4 years (Total of 8-10 years) L&D Tech orientation Bachelor's Degree in IT, Instructional Design, or related fields. Software: Microsoft Office E-Learning authoring tools: Articulate, Captivate Knowledge of LMS (SABA preferred) Graphics editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator etc. Desired: HTML5, Creative Cloud, Multimedia editing software (video, audio editing).
