Job Description

The person should be fluent in English, well versed in computer, excel, word, ppt etc. stenography will be an added advantage.

should have experience in Secretarial work at least 10 years in a senior management portfolio.

Immediate joining required.

Self-correspondence on various matters .
Sending E-mails- screening emails-reply to emails
Arranging meetings/travel booking /hotel bookings & maintaining reminder schedules for appointments
Maintaining Personal / Official Files & Folders systematically
Coordinating with the other departments as & when necessary
Handling telephone calls and giving appointments
Assisting in all executive matters for better decisions.
