Around 6-8 years experience with HR Business processes in Oracle/PeopleSoft including core HR, Self Service, Compensation, Recruitment and Performance & Goal Management.
At least 1-2 Oracle Fusion HCM Implementation experience as Functional consultant.
Identify business requirements and align them to Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM functionality.
Configure the Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM Application based on requirements.
Possesses Integration and Data Migration experience.
Knowledge of Peoplesoft
Hands on Experience in Data Integration and Data Migration.
Participate in throughout system testing.
Thoroughly review application set up and configuration with the appropriate client lead to obtain sign off.
Delivering user training and preparation of training materials and class agendas.
