Support the India payroll migration away from an in-house model and onto a new multi-national centered platform.
Support the global payroll and benefits team by strategizing on best practices and implementing policy/procedures for India payroll and benefits.
Perform end-to-end processing of monthly multi-entity payrolls for India, including scheduling and timelines, collecting payroll relevant data, analysis, input, reconciliation, funding, and follow-up.
Coordinate with India HR for onboarding and off-boarding and maintain the relevant systems for electronic personnel and compensation data.
Support the India employees by responding to their queries about payroll and benefits.
7+ years of HR experience in Payroll and Benefits, with specific knowledge of India payroll and tax relief payroll elements.
Autonomously execute processes and tasks with little supervision.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive matters and respond effectively to such situations.
Strong communication skills.
