Job Description

Bachelors/ Masters degree in commerce/finance
8+ years of overall experience in BPO industry.
At least 5-10 years of prior experience US Payroll
Subject Matter Expert in End to End US payroll including
Prior experience in handling large payroll
Experience in handling large payroll teams
Good understanding of the Oracle Payroll ERP environment
Excellent Analytical & Communication skills. Eye for details
Good knowledge of MS office (Excel and PowerPoint advanced skills)
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Prior Customer Management exposure is essential
Ensuring all the agreed service level metrics are met and reporting.
Ability to drive process transformation projects in payroll
People oriented: coaching, training, mentoring, conflict management, evaluations
