Role and Responsibilities:
Identify areas of Strategic growth of business and analyze to build business case for achieving companys long term vision
Plan and develop strategies for generating resources and/or revenues for the areas of work assigned and achieving Business goals as articulated in AOP
Identify business risk and decide the mitigation strategy
Ensuring that resources, including human resources, financial, physical, technological and information requirements are available and are effectively deployed to address strategic needs and maintain sustained service delivery
Generate innovative ideas which are strategically sound and challenges the status quo; willing to take risks and to consider new and untested approaches. Encourages others to be innovative.
Consult and integrate with other partners / firms senior management to ensure seamless integrated services provided to clients.

Planning & Scoping:
Define engagement strategy, objectives, scope and pricing.
Ensure that capability transfer is built into engagement approach, and establishes knowledge transfer approach with client and consulting teams
Integrate with other firm partners on decisionmaking matters and in addressing major issues which have crossfunctional impacts.
Make effective decisions with limited time, knowledge and resources.
Assess and manage engagement risks relative to client and firm requirements
Obtain regular client assessment of engagement progress and directs engagement team accordingly.
Ensure documentation and adherence to methodology during engagement execution.
Project Control & Profitability
Challenge and enhance engagement profitability management based upon best practice and experience.
Accountable for billing and collections.
Understand the market trends, including opportunities and activities of competitors and analyze clients and their needs.
Continuously update knowledge in field of expertise and services in practice area
Take a planned and logical approach, building on the firm and office plans to penetrate the market and sell and as a basis for long-term positioning with clients.
Demonstrate a strong focus on generating leads and the ability to make appropriate contacts.
Identify and promote development of new delivery capabilities and/or channels to satisfy evolving market requirements.
Adjust the selling strategy based on insights obtained from client reactions and feedback.
Demonstrate persistence and determination in the sales process.
Demonstrates the ability to get clients and potential clients enthusiastic about working with Firm.
Assumes sales leadership of at least Rs. x of profitable business with a cross competency dimension.
Identify cross-service opportunities.
Ensuring technical knowledge is updated and should posses technical knowledge upto the level of an expert within the firm
Leading teams for Internal audit assignments
Closely monitor the planning and execution of all the Audits, Resource scheduling, Staff training, Implementation of firms audit methodology, finalizing the audit along with the partners.
Should be able to independently handle and execute large assignments and directly report to the partner
Should be able to handle and execute multiple assignments
Display understanding of client's business, industry and issues; and be able to interact with clients effectively and address their issues tactfully.
Demonstrate a general knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, firms products and service lines.
Build and nurture positive working relationships with clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.
Interact with the senior management in respect of reports and closure of issues relating to assignment
Preparation and presentation of report/s at audit committee of the client wherever required
Responsible to guide team members on technical issues and guide them to write the report sections
Monitor the progress of team members on key deliverables and provide appropriate guidance
Responsible for review of report sections prepared by the team members and finalize the report before sharing it with partner
Ensure work plan for all assignments are made well in advance with deliverables set for each team member on independent projects
Effectively execute against project timelines based on priorities, resource availability, and other project requirements (i.e., budget)
