- Expert at working with technical teams to fix production issues
- Experience in at least 1 implementation/upgrade/support engagement, in a manufacturing industry, is an added advantage
- Good understanding of local statutory laws & financial business processes
- Streamlining the Period Closing process
Good oral & written communication skills
- Should be able to discuss and gather new requirements from business and translate to functional/design document for technical development
- Manage client expectations and Work with business team based out of multiple locations
- Pro-active approach to learn and explore new modules nd functionalities
- Manage Stakeholders
- Support and strengthen the India Localization related processes
- Deliver new projects, to ensure Business Value Add through IT
