Job Description

Minimum 4-6 years- experience in Oracle 11.5.10/R12,Asset management, Preventive and conditioned based activities, Work Order Management,Inventory,Bills of Material, Maintenance Cost Management,SQL- Plus and basic understanding of PL/SQL,Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, General Ledger and Oracle AIM

- Subject matter expert and strong functional knowledge is very important

- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

- Good knowledge and hands-on experience with various diagnostic methods to solve issues or problems

- Experience supporting global corporations is a plus (multi-currency and language environments)

- Experience leading technical support teams

- 3+ years- experience in an hands-on application support lead/manager role

- Extensive problem solving and debugging skills

- Experience in providing services to agreed SLA's and OLA

- Experienced in Problem and Incident Management

- Experience with working in an ITIL environment

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to adapt to new systems/applications

-Strong work order system background is essential

- Demonstrated ability to communicate conceptual ideas clearly and effectively

- Ability to work with global teams across cultures/continents

- Superior Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical data

- Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills

- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions

- Maintain good working relationships with internal departments

- Strong customer service and support focus with a desire to deliver a high-quality service

- This individual is responsible for being a key business liaison in their designated module(s) / area of focus

- Knowledgeable about the Oracle applications functionality, tools, templates and methods and able to setup the system to meet the desired business process and requirements

-Meet with business analysts and business owners on new functionality requests and production issues and develop functional specifications based on AIM Methodology

- Ability to think logically in solving problems and to present recommendations in a clear and concise form as part of the ongoing Customer Support

- Look for opportunities for improvement in both business processes and supporting systems

- Document new requirements, participate in overall design, test and implement new features
