Strong Functional Skills on Fusion HCM. Should be able to handle multiple functional areas in HCM space (Core, OAB, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent, Performance, Compensation, Learning etc.,).
Should have experience in Customer Communication.
Should be equipped with Global Implementation / Upgrade experiences.
Good Knowledge on HRMS Landscape (Core HR, OAB and Absence Management is Must)
Knowledge on Coding and Documentation Standards and good exposure to AIM Methodology of Execution.
Should have at least 5 years of Work Experience in HR Technical domain.
Should be able to handle and support the teams.
Should show ease in communication and ready to go an extra mile to achieve customer and organizational objectives.
