Job Description

Prior experience of 5-7 years with a Broking/AMC/ Wealth Advisory/Banking Operations is a must.
- Prior Team handling experience is mandatory.
- Thorough knowledge in Mutual Fund Operations.

Job Description :

* Knowledge for various investment products like mutual funds, Stocks, FD, Bonds, insurance, PMS, IPO, other financial products ,Documentation for various platforms and financial plan execution from start to end
* Build new SOPs and refine existing SOPs(Standard operation procedures
* Ensure adherence to SOPs and deadlines
* Assignment of responsibilities and task amongst team members
* Zero defect client servicing and operations management
* Formulation Templates for quality client communication - oral/written/other modes of communication
* Identifying and development / setting up of new tools / software for business enhancement and improvement
* Maintaining comprehensive quality of client portfolio data on website and software
* Coordination with external providers e.g software, hardware, other technology providers
* Team building activities including hiring and training
* MIS and Reporting for business and operations
* Conducting maintenance and management of the company database
* Tracking regulatory and compliance related updates and circulars and responding them with in the prescribe time limit
* Managing escalation of servicing requests unsolved by team members
* Following& Setting processes, TATs & SLAs and resolving clients and inter team queries within the set TATs
* Handling , Monitoring and Execution of various and upcoming projects
* Tech Evaluation, software evaluation, platform evaluation
* Office boy team management and general office admin

Skills Require :
* Skilled in maintaining cordial relationship with customers and with Team Members, ensuring quality and service norms to achieve customer satisfaction
* Resolving Customer complaints and enquiries proactively with the ability to work under pressure
* Should be able to supervise teams and manage systems and process
* Experience of team management critical
* Should have an open and a positive mind-set
* Strong passion for working in a fast paced and result oriented environment as well as able to take initiative and execute assigned tasks in a timely and flawless manner
* Comply and learn all company's procedures and policies
* Comfortable with quick turnarounds and deadlines
* Proficient in Internet Applications, Email usage, Ms- Word, office equipment
* Good communication skills - written & Oral
* Experience in Mutual Funds / Stock broking/ Insurance preferred
* "Attention to Detail" critical, should be comfortable with numbers
* Should be able to work with inter functional teams and with deadlines

Qualification
* Post graduate with minimum 5-7 years work experience in Financial Services industry preferred
* Capital Market (Dealers Module) NSE would be desirable
* BSE's Certification on Securities Markets (BCSM) would be preferred
* NISM-Series-V-A: (5) Mutual Fund Distributors Certification Exam would be desirable.
