Job Description

1. Monitor overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level while optimizing costs.
2. Ensure process SLAs (Service Level Agreement) are met consistently.
3. Formulate strategies to achieve operational growth as per organizational directives, thereby maximizing profitability and client satisfaction.
4. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders while implementing critical business projects and decisions.
5. Prepare and conduct report walk through for senior management
Passenger Revenue Accounting (PRA) Background is must.
