Job Description

-Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.

-Play a significant role in short/long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.

-Oversee overall operational management, planning, systems and controls.

-Ensure that all projects are undertaken within budget and on time. Costs reports are maintained.

-Management of agency budget in coordination with the Executive Director.

-Regular meetings with Executive Director around fiscal planning.

-Manage all operational functions.

-Drive initiatives in the management team and organisationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence.

-Contribute to short and long-term organisational planning and strategy as a member of the management team

-Oversee organisational insurance policies.

-Ensure that completed projects meet the specification and predetermined internal quality standards


-Meet weekly with the Team to discuss progress on all current projects.

-Coordinate additional meetings as required with key staff to move projects forward

-Coordinate with Administration to produce necessary project reporting, review appropriate invoices and general project financial management

-Provide feedback to the team on project successes including a formal write up of the project once completed

-Assist the sales team with technical advice, costing spread sheets and quotes for sales inquire as well as go ahead projects.
