The role involves understanding various supplier payment queries and logging it on Zendesk by following the data matrix. This also includes replying to suppliers if information provided is not complete or accurate.
The GCA Buying Admin will be responsible to identify a UK supplier from ROI and Food from Non-Food. A Buying Admin should be able to understand various supplier queries and finance teams. This includes 18 different mailboxes and use data matrix effectively to raise ticket on Zendesk.
Key interactions: (Suppliers, Finance Teams, Buyers)
Internal: UK Resolution Team & Finance Teams
External: Suppliers, Auditors & Liquidators
Educational Qualifications / Skills?
A Bachelors Degree (any discipline).
Very Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good MS Office skills (esp. Excel)
Past experience in working with UK Clients with effective email management
Work in a face paced environment
Flexible and team player
