Responsible for ongoing maintenance and support of SKYPE and Lync 2013 systems, and all associated infrastructure components.

Should be able to manage vendor relations with Microsoft, as required
Good understanding of collaboration technology (O365) & Propose roadmap to business
Develop and implement strategies for providing facilitative support resulting in fewer incidents, increased availability, or accelerated deployments
Must have experience in Lync or Skype for business environment with full capabilities. (Audio, voice, video etc.)
Ability to develop strategy to migrate legacy env to VOIP (cisco/lync)
Broad knowledge of Microsoft products and technologies and its integration with third party solution
Good knowledge on Working on SKYPE or Lync Audio/Video enabled polycom phones.
Understanding internal, external mail flow and Troubleshooting Mail routing issues
Experience in integration of messaging and SKYPE voice solution.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
