Duties and Responsibilities Drive development in the strategic business planning, budgeting and sales strategy approach. Maximise the revenue and margin from products through online sales Explore and test the effectiveness of different digital initiatives and messages to key target audiences Monitoring the weekly, daily, and seasonal and/or one-time reports to improve margin, revenue, and processes. Assists with management of online metrics and make recommendations for continued improvement and optimization Competitor Analysis - Monitoring competitive products, service offerings and pricing; leverages internal and external data sources to identify gaps/opportunities Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams across the organisation to achieve business goals. Channel Partner Management Work closely as a primary point of contact with channel partners to propose, plan and execute innovative and creative promotio nal/advertising strategies that achieve revenue growth and maximise the return on investment. Liaison with Channel Partner representatives with regards to SLAs and any other issues or concerns.
