Resolves all queries of customers.
Minimum 1 to 5 years of customer service experience in Banking or BPO.
Knowledge of Credit Cards. Insurance, Loans, Mutual Funds, SIP, Claims, etc will added advantage.
Excellent Inbound Call management Skills
Preferred Customer Service management. would be an added advantage
