5. Should have good experience in mass hiring , across verticals & skills.
6 Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
7. Experience in sourcing and screening the Profiles from different portals, Networking, Database, Head hunting & Social Networking Sites,
managing End to End prospect of Recruitment activities.
