4.2 Technical competencies
To Manage the problems reported by the Tier 2 Firewall Team and resolve them within the defined SLA.
Engage into Tier 3 Data Support Discussion if need arises and drive the interlock into problem resolutions.
Deep Understanding of Metric is Important. Ability to Engage Tier 3 Data and Firewall Team.
Ability to Communicate with external OEM if Need arises to Drive Bugs Fixing or product recommendations.
Certified CCIE Security or JNCIS- Sec in Security with ability to seek expert Certifications.
Knowledge of other Security Products like Load Balances, Proxy server, DNS and DHCP would be preferred.
Good administration and troubleshooting skills on One or more technologies mentioned above would be desired.
Having good knowledge on Network Tools, Ticketing Systems and ITIL is Mandatory.
Candidate should demonstrate good communication and writing skills.
