Purpose of Role- NOC for 24x7x365 support for online products. Responsibilities include proactive monitoring, preventative maintenance, alarm validation, resolution of issues and escalation. Responsible for building, monitoring, troubleshooting several application stack, respond to alerts 24x7 in an ISO regulated environment.
Monitors systems and validate alerts using monitoring tools.
Following ISO policies to keep the system running within ISO scope.
Perform troubleshooting using tools and utilities to resolve system/network performance and related system/network issues
Proactively work to refine documentation of systems/network, troubleshooting guides, policies, and procedures.
Work with the remote team to ensure maximum uptime of the system.
Work hours: 8 hours rotating shifts.
Required Candidate profile
Experience working 8+ years as a NOC team member supporting 24x7 mission-critical applications.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Must have good understanding and experience with AWS.
Familiarity with various monitoring tools such as Nagios, Prometheus, SumoLogic, etc.
AWS certification and ISMS experience is a plus.
Must have scripting experience with tools like Ansible, shell script, powershell, etc
Mush have working experience with windows and linux instances.
Proven ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
