Job Description

Key Result Areas Tasks Performance Indicators - Schedule preliminary meeting with potential Leads, to explore opportunity and scope of conversion Explain business model to every potential investor, give them franchisee related Information, send them the proposals, follow - up and seek referrals for further leads Follow the sales process with prospective Franchisees thoroughly Secure database for potential investors (Leads) from Corporate Network Expansion and share the same with Area Network Expansion Manager for further action Scan market, explore potential and propose new Franchisees for market penetration and business growth with the support of Corporate Network Expansion Coordinate and follow up with Leads till closure Support franchisee in coordination with Zonal Support team in end to end setting up of the franchisee Ensure necessary legal formalities like agreement with the franchisee have been signed off Provide support to franchisee in terms of location identification, setting up infrastructure, recruiting staff, training employees, IT support, etc. in coordination with relevant departments Schedule franchisee induction and hand over to Zonal support Team for Commencement of Service Drive customer footfall at all franchisees in area by devising right BD activities for the franchisee Provide support to Franchisee Business Managers in executing the BD schemes at the Franchisee Co - ordinate with Central Network Expansion team to create customised collaterals and plans to suit the Franchisee's requirements Co - ordinate for budget approvals with marketing team for execution of Franchisee's BD activities Maintain relations with Companies, Insurance Agents / DSA & tie - ups with the Insurance companies Ensure maximum brand reach at minimal cost by planning right mix of BD activities Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time Purpose of the Job - Attract potential franchisees and assure maximum conversion with the goal of maximizing profits and market reach while ensuring the Franchisee Satisfaction. Facilitate Operationalizing Franchisee services is a time bound manner. Scan market and evolve action plan for market penetration in the Area. Coordinate implementation of marketing policies and programs.
