Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

Work in a 24 X 7 Environment (NOC)
Regular monitoring of the infrastructure to maintain the device uptime
Initial diagnosis on the failures/alerts generated
Managing the alert generated from the monitoring tool
Ensure that the tickets raised per shift are resolved as per SLA and if not escalate as per the escalation Matrix defined
Technically update the tickets in ticketing system for all the issues handled / worked upon
Timely create/update/manage the tickets in the ticketing tool
Adhere to shift timings and shift handover process
Escalation to relevant team in a timely manner
Basic Troubleshooting on Network devices & Appliances
Co-ordination with remote datacenter team for smart hand support
Should work towards enhancement of his skill set on a continual basis

Secondary Responsibilities:

Customer related sundry activities
Creation of Knowledge base
Awareness of IOS related securities
Help project team in commissioning of new customer and change request
