Job Description

- Develop Business Development strategies & achieve sales growth in the Govt vertical both central & state
- Develop Business Development & achieve sales growth strategies in the PSU vertical
- Business to be developed only thru channels
- Enable partners across the region to position the company
- Build a partnership strategy to support the companys growth plan in Government vertical.
- Identify Opportunities for new lines of business in the Govt vertical

- Create Offering for the Government Vertical
- Council and participate with the team in conducting successful comparison between the various potential vendors/partners to assure proper selection
- Negotiate, monitor and validate all contracts & agreements of Government vertical with the vendor/partners assuring the companys rights are well reserved
- Develop & maintain a strategic relationship/partnership with the selected vendors/partners of Government vertical.
- On-time management to locate & activate dealing with the vendors/partners who can support the company in ad-hoc needs.
- Conduct Orientation & knowledge transfer to the Sales / channel team to enable them effectively selling Govt verticals new services / products; this includes product sizing and detailed product presentations and scope of work.
- Support & work closely with the sales / channel team by attending the Government verticals customer meetings and prepare the customer proposal when needed- Work closely with the marketing department for the Government verticals product marketing campaigns.

- A proven track record leading scalable projects that optimize cost.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- B2G experience with Telecom / IT Hardware


Desirable Skills / Qualification

- Minimum Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent - MBA (not mandatory)
- Preferably, a PG with experience in a MNC or corporate organization in a similar role
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with ability to interact at all levels in the government hierarchy
- Proven track record of goals / targets achieved within the B2B / B2G business
- Should have good negotiation skills
- Result oriented, high emotional intelligence and willingness to work under agreed parameters of performance and operating conditions .
