5. Effectively communicate and negotiate complex sales contracts with customers. Educate customers on new products and product enhancements; articulate and present product features and benefits. Provide consultative services to customers, acting as technical resource providing solutions for product-related issues. Leverage and coordinate resources within the region in order to provide technical services support to customer as needed. Provide technical training for customers.
