Job Description

Key responsibilities:
1. Taking Care of Entire Retail Operations, Handling Company's Stores & LFS. Aiming Annual Sales Targets, Do Planning To Increase Brand Sales.Handling New Launches,Business Promotion Activities.
2. Maximize profits while minimizing costs. Ensure promotions are run accurately and to the company's standards.
3. Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
4. Provide sales management, budget control, compensation programs and incentive planning
5. Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary

Desired Skills:
1. Strong people management and coaching skills, Market intelligence and business planning
2. Experience in retaining a high performance sales team and a demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse sales team
3. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales plans, proven business analysis and judgment with the ability to proactively manage business and P&L to meet objective
4. Understanding of the patient monitoring of market; including trends, technologies, products, and players.
5. Strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering on sales strategies and targets
6. Excellent Communication and influencing skills, Strong organizational & planning skills
7. Willing to get involved in order to increase the business pace and exceed goals and objectives
8. Physical Requirement - Flexible in traveling across India.
