Should have handled atleast 2-3 Regions for OTC sales.
Experience in FMCG along with OTC products will also be considered.
- A proven FMCG Sales Professional having hands on Expertise in controlling a large field force for achieving their targets from every JC without any laxity to the bottom line. Should have worked in highly competitive product range in FMCG where the market coverage would only yield desired volumes.
- Should be capable of handling the competition judiciously and still enlarge market coverage.
- Should be a task master to motivate the teams for higher achievements.
