Job Description

ROLE DESCRIPTION: National Sales Head will be part of the Sales leadership team and will report to Business Head. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Developing and implementing sales strategies for developing and increasing market share and profitability on sustainable basis in line with Annual Business Plan. To direct the Sales team, and help them in breaking the same geographically, monthly, weekly & daily targets. To motivate & direct Sales team to establish distribution and display objectives to meet sales targets. To plan and implement sales promotions. Have a clear focus on channels like General Trade to build Distribution, Visibility and Volumes. Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement. Define and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets. Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives. Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction. EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS: POST GRADUATION MBA or PGDM from a Premiere B. School in batch 1999 to 2003
