Job Description

- Formulating short term/ long term sales strategy in order to generate revenue and maximize profits by identifying and incubating new products and ideas.

- Institutionalize process and policies to improve core business metrics - Productivity, Sales Orders, Active clients, Client acquisitions, Renewals etc.

- Identify opportunities and develop client focused commercially viable propositions to support entry into new markets / verticals.

- Conduct timely goal setting, monitoring and review of teams performance and provide necessary feedback to ensure growth of the employees.

- Should have handled a minimum 200+ people in the current/previous role.

- Strong educational background and experience of working for organizations with strong sales processes is preferred
