Responsible for overall national sales top-line
Manage/Monitor pan India sales, collections, sales operations, promotions, activations, ATL/BTL planning activities
Monitor sales and service teams - RSM/Branch Heads and Service head
Responsible for demand planning/forecasting SKU-wise requirement for region wise / state wise on a monthly basis
Devise activation campaigns and BTL activities
Devise monthly/quarterly/Half-yearly incentive schemes and visibility campaigns
Reviewing sales performance
Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.
Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Responsible for overall Gross Margin targets of the divsion.
Engage and monitor Work Plan and KPI adherence on a monthly/quarterly basis, Sales team management,
Ensure high levels of team & staff motivation through effective implementation of development processes and trainings
Develop marketing strategy for new product introductions in the division and ensuring cross-functional coordination to achieve planned objectives
Monitor ROI health for CFA /Distributors
