Roles & Responsibilities
The incumbent would focus on –
Identifying projects to be picked up by the company for the purpose of marketing in the form of sales process outsourcing, project marketing, etc.
Conduct due diligence in consultation with the Local Direct Sales team prior to
Undertaking a project referred by the DST.
Cross sales of Developers Projects across regions through undertaking various marketing activities.
Working closely with Developer/Clients towards delivery of the relevant services.
Working closely with internal stakeholders to drive revenues.
End-to-end accountability for driving sales results that are aligned with client goals.
Managing marketing and sales campaigns across multiple residential developments and across markets.
Obtaining approvals towards budgets for undertaking various activities towards projects.
Empanelment of channel partners, managing and developing channel partner network.
Recruitment of key regional resources(PAN India) to focus on Project Marketing initiatives.
The development, implementation, and management of key marketing and sales deliverables (in partnership with the Sales team) including but not limited to:
Marketing and sales plans, including budgets and timelines.
Advertising campaigns, promotional events, broker outreach, buyer retention campaigns, referral programs, and social media.
Marketing collateral and tools including brochures, website, stationery and signage.
Design, setup, and operation of onsite project Sites.
Manage third party vendors required to create and implement marketing and sales deliverables.
Conducting ongoing competitive analysis. As necessary, make actionable recommendations to enhance marketing and sales programs.
Representing the organization in different forums, as and when necessary.
Job Specific Skills:
Self motivated individual with relevant experience in Sales/Marketing/Product development.
Good understanding of the business preferably, real estate sector.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Possesses Analytical and leadership skills.
Qualification and Experience:
Graduate/MBA from a reputed institute with 15-20 years of relevant experience.
