National Sales Head will be creating strategic sales plans in consultation with Digital Business Head
Develop sales growth strategy target market identification, mapping company's offerings to market needs, creating targeted annual / quarterly / monthly sales plans
Market making, demand generation and demand fulfilment
Performance driven role with defined KRAs, including but not limited to top-line / bottom-line targets; along with a team of sales professionals the National Sales Head will be responsible for meeting / exceeding the targets covering the entire Sales Life Cycle (Prospecting to Sales covering Order-to-Cash)
Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
Work closely with Key Account Management Team to maximize presence within existing / identified key accounts
In charge of developing weekly/monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets for the department, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, product mix development, and taking responsibility for the departments performance against targets
Role will include addressing / supervising demand creation and demand fulfilment opportunities, and consequently will also involve RFP/Tendering & Bid management
Client relationship Management at CxO & other appropriate level, Business Developments and technical presentations along with pre sales team which can offer an end-to-end platform for customer needs
Identify new growth areas and formulate plans for sales growth in such areas
Actively contribute through market intelligence and feedback to contribute to evolution of companys offerings portfolio
