Job Description

- Meets Sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; - Preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; - Analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions - Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for different regions in support of national objectives. - Maintains and expands customer base by guiding and coordinating with Go-To-Market team; - Building and maintaining rapport with key customers; - identifying new customer opportunities. - Directly responsible for sales revenue for one region. - Integrating sales and organizational objectives by completing related results as needed. - Collaborate with solutions and other internal teams for ensuring client deliveries. Client Account Management: - Undertake requirement management with client, estimate effort and timelines - Allocation and review / monitor tasks for the GTM team - Proposals, contracting and commercial closure are key deliverables - Adherence and compliance to Project / Organization processes and standards Desired Candidate Profile: Qualification Any Graduation, MBA,PGDM Working days 6 Additional Comments The candidate can be from a Consulting/ HR sales background. Reports to: Director GTM Reportees: Team of GTM consultants and Regional Managers (4-5 Nos.) Education: MBA/Masters: Past experience in HR industry sales desirable 10+ years experience.
