National Account Manager - Trade Marketing - Pharma/OTC (5-10 yrs) Job Title : NAM- Key Account Line Manager Title : VP Sales Team : Strides Shasun - CHC Division Qualifications : Minimum MBA Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required : - Minimum 5 years Personal care/wellness sales and trade marketing experience with regional/national - Experience in managing customers in pharmacy chains - Strong customer knowledge, network with customer's team - Knowhow of FMCG (Cx -OTC) trade ways of working, forecasting, seasonality, trends - Strong English communication & presentation skills - Be able to lead teams and building effective working relationships - Proficiency in working knowledge of MS office tools. Must know MS-Excel very well. - Must be self-starter with aptitude to work in ambiguity, without supervision, and an ambition to excel in a new business set-up. About the Role: - Portfolio Management of a Key Customers involving Contract Negotiations, Joint business plan identifying levers for growing business of the channel - Growing the Portfolio by aggressively acquiring large Channel Store Chains, Deliver the revenue, distribution (weighted & numeric) brand activation, customer programmes and sales KPIs as per the annual operating plan. Key Responsibilities : - Plan oversee and guide all key account related activities at a national level for all customers. - Deliver customer, shopper and occasion insights, plus marketing equipment, promotions, and other services to maximize revenue in every channel. - Develop key account terms for customers with SMART objectives. - Create customer-tailored activations for national key accounts. - Work with Rx team to sync brand activities - Internal support via matrix working to deliver channel KPIs Budgeting : - Create & Monitor Budgets for Events/Promotions, Signage & Merchandising for the Key Accounts. - Regular tracking and reporting - Business Analysis Mapping competition activities : - Identify gaps & growth opportunities in various channels as per model - Revenue tracking for all activated outlets and all key accounts
