Job Description

1. Responsible for growing banks NRI book,

2. Acquisition of NRI customers

3. Online cross border remittance Acquisition and Transactions

4. Cross Sell targets

5. Track lead performance to maximise productivity

b) Work on strategic initiatives to ensure alignment of channel strategy with business strategy

c) Launch and manage RnR for the channels across various products (NTB NRI accounts, remittances, foreign exchange revenue products, etc.)

d) Quality management through training and addressing gaps in customer service/customer issues and liaise with relevant stakeholders like product team, operations, COPS, Corporate banking, MNC banking, B2B2C teams etc.

e) Track business growth through alternate channels and domestic alliances

Campaign management :

a) Work closely with business and marketing team for structuring monthly offers/campaigns

b) Roll out customer calling and email based campaigns to achieve the desired volumes and revenue targets

Business Analytics:

a) Prepare weekly and monthly business analytics and track achievements to channel targets and present findings to senior management/key stakeholders

b) Regular tracking of competition and exchange rates

c) Track performance of campaigns executed for measuring efficiency, effectiveness and growth

Key Skills:

-Good written and verbal communication skills
-Self-starter with excellent networking and interpersonal skills
-Experience at managing a sales channels
-Market knowledge of International Remittance and NRI banking
-Knowledge of regulatory guidelines
