Job Description

The candidate will supervise and coordinate the activities of the NOC team during shifts, in order to deliver quality services within very aggressive SLAs
Identify and verify service impact to customers, and rope in subject matter experts for problem resolution
Communicate with internal and customer-facing teams for progress on open issues, own root cause analysis and implement fixes as needed for problem remediation
Keeping all stakeholders informed about site health and on going issues
Monitor, install, configure and troubleshoot our production servers and services
Ensure that our monitoring tools cover the relevant production landscape at all times
Should have good understanding of Operating System concepts; Linux/Unix Administration skills are mandatory
Solid working knowledge and hands-on experience with application servers technology (Apache/ Tomcat)
Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to organize and prioritize tasks
