Experience managing, supporting Server infrastructures
Strong ability to diagnose server or network alerts, events or issues
Knowledge on Linux Server Management
Knowledge on Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS
Knowledge on Windows server update services and other Industry standard Patch Management software’s
Knowledge on RMM tools like N-Able, Solar Winds, Nagios etc.
Knowledge on Ticketing tools like Zen desk, Autotask, ConnectWise etc.
Knowledge on Backup and Disaster recovery software tools
Excellent time management and organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and projects with minimal supervision
Good oral and written communication skills, and ability to address conflict with others constructively
Experience with Disaster Recovery plans and related technologies
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Ability to talk to customer on Adhoc issues reported by customer
