Owns overall annual strategy and business growth of modern trade channel
Responsible for driving product sales, P&L, volume and market share for all key accounts.
Responsible for maintaining a long-term relationship with key accounts to maximize sales opportunities.
Designing annual and quarterly strategy for the channel including margin structure, BTL strategy, product mix, activations for each key account
Achieving AOP and other business plan targets to contribute to the top line and achieve counter share and growth targets in accordance with the business plan
Developing new Key Accounts and maintaining relations with existing Large Accounts of the organization
